Whether I’m hopping on a long-haul flight, sitting in the car to go to a relative’s house, or just cozied up in front of the TV, the holidays are a perfect time to catch up on all the books I’ve been wanting to read in the past year. Through this curation of holiday reads, you’ll see that I have quite an eclectic taste in books. I’ve catalogued these books by page length and difficulty (i.e. how dense it is to get through). Some of these are books I’ve already read this year, some are recent releases that I want to get to, and some are just old books that I want to re-read. I love reading bibliographies and memories, which you’ll find quite a number of on this list. I also love books that take me away to a destination faraway and situate the characters in a real sense of place.
