For an afternoon out before a night on the town, head for the National SEA LIFE Centre where you can enjoy the marine life that is kept here. Visiting a SEA LIFE Centre doesn't have to mean families and children – students love it too!
Enjoy a game or two of bowling at The Leisurebox, where you can pit your skill against your mates. See whether you can score an elusive turkey or whether you're left with a gutterball. On the same site is an ice skating rink – a fabulous fun way to burn off some steam.
Next up, head for the Curry Mile and take your pick from some of the fantastic Indian restaurants available, offering some amazing cuisine at reasonable prices. Many establishments are bring your own booze too, so you don't have to worry about spending over the odds on a bottle of Cobra.
Finish your evening with a gig at one of the fantastic venues in Birmingham, such as the Academy or the NIA or if you prefer, the pubs, bars and clubs are second to none; whatever your style.
